Fueled by a passion for flavour, we began our journey 10 years ago with Ben. After a wrist injury left him with time on his hands, he started the "Ben's Friday Night Takeaway" Facebook group, letting locals vote on their favourite weekly dishes.

Building on this success, he then launched "Ben's Food Hotspot", reviewing Brighton's best eateries, but his dream was always to have his own place.

When the opportunity arose during the pandemic, Ben seized it, launching Hotspot Burger & Grill. His loyal following from his previous ventures helped the business take off, and today, we continue to serve up delicious, unique burgers that tantalise the taste buds and keep customers coming back for more.
